Privacy notice

Enrico Menarini operates Enrico Personal Assistant for his own use. This notice describes the current calendar authorization test and the planned reminder integration.

Information accessed

Google authorization grants read-only access to calendar lists and events. These permissions can cover calendars accessible to the authorized Google account. The integration will use a configured selection of calendars.

Calendar data can include calendar identifiers, names, time zones, reminder settings, and event titles, dates, locations, descriptions, recurrence rules, and cancellation status. The current test has retrieved calendar metadata, not event contents.

Purpose and planned processing

The intended use is to show upcoming appointments, send Telegram reminders, and help the training coach avoid schedule conflicts. The calendar reminder service is not yet deployed.

When enabled, reminder messages will pass through Telegram. The planned coach integration will send relevant busy periods and sports commitments to Google's Gemini API for training decisions. It should omit unrelated appointment descriptions and private details. Calendar data has not yet been connected to the coach.

Google Calendar data will not be sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI models. Its use and transfer will follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and access

During setup, OAuth credentials and the retrieved calendar list are stored on Enrico's Mac outside the vault, with access restricted to the local account. Deployment will require transferring credentials to the private VPS with restricted file permissions.

The planned server integration will store the calendar cache and reminder delivery state outside the Git-tracked vault. Google Calendar will remain the authoritative appointment record. Hosting providers process data needed to provide their services.

The public information pages contain no calendar data or credentials. Their source includes no analytics scripts or forms. The website hosting provider may process connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to serve and protect the website.

Retention and deletion

The setup credentials and calendar metadata remain until Enrico removes them or replaces them during deployment. The production retention and cleanup settings will be documented here before the calendar reminder service goes live.

Enrico can revoke Google access through Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not delete existing local copies or Telegram messages. Local files, server copies, and retained messages require separate deletion.

Control and contact

The current permissions do not permit calendar changes. Any future event-editing feature will require additional authorization and an updated notice.
